About River North

River North’s uniquely designed homes range in size from micros to three bedrooms.  The spacious, open concept floor plans are great for having friends and family over.  Our kitchens feature premium stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops,  large pantries and lots of cupboard space.  All of our one, two and three bedroom apartments include an underground parking space.  The living space features elegant wood-style flooring and upgraded and solid doors.  These apartments provide you with up to 1,376 square feet of living space – downsizing won’t be an issue here!

Our apartments are located on the former Canadian National Railyard.  This property was purchased by the City of Manitowoc in 2018 and is being redeveloped into the River Point District.  The River Point district is undergoing a major transformation and is the home to River North Apartments, PetSkull Brewing, and more businesses to come.  River Point is an extension of historic downtown Manitowoc, offering easy access to nearby shopping, dining, museums and more! Because of it’s unique location on a peninsula, nearly every apartment will have a view of the water, no matter which direction it faces!
